Complete Line for Full Production
The production line is fully integrated for continuous manufacturing. It includes six automatic unwinders and an online cleaning system. The coil passes through leveling and tension control before entering the main forming unit.
Electric cylinders drive a multi-station forming system, while sensors provide real-time monitoring of production conditions. The control system automatically adjusts forming force and speed for optimal performance. The cutter operates in both directions, with cutting lengths ranging from 200 to 590 mm. A vacuum suction system stacks finished fins efficiently, ensuring smooth full-line operation.
Easy Maintenance for Longer Service Life
The machine is designed with maintenance efficiency in mind. It features an independent lubrication system, while the cam mechanism uses oil-bath lubrication. Guide rail lubrication is automatically recycled, reducing contamination and extending machine service life.
Remote fault diagnosis is supported to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Standard delivery time is 45 days, with regular production updates provided throughout the manufacturing process.
