Stable Workflow for Consistent Operation
The workflow is straightforward. The coil is placed on a single-shaft stand. Coil inner diameter ranges from Φ50–150mm, outer diameter is up to Φ800mm, and coil weight is up to 500kg.
A magnetic powder brake controls the unwinding speed, with tension adjustable from 5–200N. A photoelectric guiding system keeps the material aligned, with guiding accuracy of ±0.1mm. A tension controller provides real-time feedback and coordinates with the forming machine. The coil is then guided through rollers into the next process. Coil changeover takes less than 5 minutes. Practical Design for Easy Operation
