Advanced Production Line for High-End Applications
The production line features an advanced six-shaft layout arranged in two rows of three. Coil inner diameter ranges from Φ180–400mm, and outer diameter is up to Φ1300mm. Each shaft is driven by an imported servo motor, with a feed speed range of 1.5–8m/min.
A magnetic clutch system provides precise tension control, with a tension range of 30–450N and accuracy of ±1N. The AI control system optimizes coil change scheduling based on thickness and weight, improving energy efficiency and system performance.
An X/Y dual-axis guiding system ensures material alignment accuracy of ±0.02mm. An integrated oil removal unit cleans the material surface before forming, achieving a cleaning efficiency of 98%. This 6-Spool Automatic Unwinding Machine delivers advanced processing performance.
