Medium-high production requires long continuous operating cycles. Our 5-Spool Automatic Unwinding Machine is designed to meet this requirement. It is compatible with 500 and 600 fin forming machines.
It accommodates five coils of 0.1–0.5mm aluminum or 0.08–0.4mm stainless steel, with a coil weight of up to 900kg. This system is suitable for subway air conditioners and base station equipment. The five-coil rotating design, combined with a large buffer system, enables up to 16 hours of continuous operation, making it ideal for two-shift production.

Intelligent Production Line Design
The system features a well-structured five-shaft ring layout. Coil inner diameter ranges from Φ150–350mm, and outer diameter is up to Φ1200mm. Each shaft is equipped with a high-precision tension controller, with a tension range of 25–400N and accuracy of ±2N.
A servo guiding system ensures positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm. The system includes a 10-meter buffer zone to store sufficient material during coil change or short interruptions. Feed speed ranges from 1.2–7m/min.
The system communicates with the forming machine via Profinet, allowing synchronized speed adjustment. A robotic loading system completes coil loading in less than 2 minutes, enabling fully automated operation. This 5-Spool Automatic Unwinding Machine is engineered for high-efficiency production.
High Automation for Reduced Labor
This machine features a high level of automation. Robotic loading reduces manual labor and prevents coil damage during handling. The buffer system minimizes material breakage and improves system stability. Machine uptime can reach up to 95%.
It supports mixed-material coil configurations, making it suitable for different fin types. We offer OEM and ODM services and can manufacture according to customer technical drawings.
