Strong Line for Strong Performance
The production line is robust, featuring eight shafts arranged in four rows of two. The coil inner diameter ranges from Φ200–450 mm, and the outer diameter is up to Φ1400 mm. Each shaft is driven by dual servo motors. Feed speed ranges from 2–9 m/min, and tension is adjustable from 35–500 N with ±1 N precision.
The system includes a 15-meter buffer section and an emergency braking device, which provides up to 3 minutes of material supply in case of a break. The coil material undergoes preheating stress relief before feeding, at a temperature of 50–80°C. This reduces fin deformation during forming. The system can be connected to multiple machines via industrial Ethernet for synchronized operation. This 8-Spool Automatic Unwinding Machine ensures stable and strong performance.
Smart Diagnosis for Less Downtime
This machine offers high stability. Dual servo drives maintain consistent high-speed feeding, with speed variation controlled within 0.1 m/min. Preheating reduces fin deformation to below 0.5%, improving product quality.
