The stroke rate is adjustable from 90 to 180 strokes per minute, providing an optimal balance between efficiency and stability.

This production line represents an industry-leading configuration. It is equipped with ten or more automatic unwinders and a precision inspection system. The coil undergoes multi-stage tension control and hot-air oil removal before entering the main unit.
The upper die remains fixed, while a flexible fin height adjustment system enables real-time control. After forming, a 3D vision inspection system evaluates size, shape, and stress distribution. A sliding cutter handles cutting lengths from 300 to 790 mm, followed by an anti-rust treatment process. This system is designed to consistently deliver premium-quality output.

Advanced management features enhance production control and efficiency. The machine includes an intelligent reporting system that tracks production data and yield rates in real time. The die structure supports quick changeovers, allowing compatibility with different fin types.
