Clear and Reliable Workflow
The workflow is simple and efficient. The system operates with a single-coil automatic unwinder. The coil passes through a magnetic powder brake for tension control before entering the main unit.
The upper die remains fixed, while the lower die is driven by a servo system for stamping. After forming, a photoelectric sensor checks the fin height. The cutter then processes widths ranging from 100 to 297 mm, and a stacker neatly arranges the finished fins. A PLC system controls the entire process, making the machine easy to operate.
Flexible Speed for Small Batches
This machine is designed with flexibility in mind. A frequency conversion system allows the stroke rate to be adjusted from 50 to 150 strokes per minute, making it suitable for small batches and varying product sizes.
An oil removal system interface is reserved on top, enabling future upgrades. As outlined in our FAQ, we support custom orders with a minimum order quantity of one unit.
