Then a servo-driven feeder with encoder control transports it to the forming section. The upper die remains fixed, while the lower die moves dynamically. The servo system enables stepless pitch adjustment from 4 to 15 mm. After forming, a sensor checks fin height. A cutting system completes the final step. This roller forming machine ensures stable high-output production.
