High-performance heat exchange systems require extremely precise processing. Our Servo Wire Cutter is designed for these demanding applications. It is suitable for subway air conditioners, LNG cold boxes, and petrochemical heat exchangers. It cuts plate-fin and louvered fins within a 600mm width. It processes 0.1–0.5mm aluminum and 0.08–0.4mm stainless steel materials.
Cutting precision reaches ±0.03mm, placing it among the leading large-scale cutters in the domestic market. The nominal cutting force is 50kN, enabling processing of stainless steel and other hard materials. We hold 32 patents, and our R&D team continues to advance the technology. Complete Production Line for Full Automation
This production line reflects a high level of technical capability. It works with a 600 fin forming machine and six unwinders. The continuous fins first pass through an online cleaning device. Then a servo feeder with ±0.005mm positioning accuracy transports the material.
We use a servo-hydraulic hybrid drive system. The cutter supports stepless speed adjustment. Cutting length ranges from 150–590mm. After cutting, a 3D inspection system checks length, verticality, and flatness. An AGV system transports qualified parts to the next process. Cutting speed reaches 70 cycles per minute. This Servo Wire Cutter supports full-process production.
Smart Design for Easy Maintenance
We focus on reliability and ease of maintenance. The machine is equipped with oil temperature and pressure monitoring systems, and it automatically protects itself in case of abnormal conditions.
A modular design is used, allowing the blade holder and feeder to be removed independently, reducing maintenance time by 40%. The system also supports remote fault diagnosis, helping reduce operating costs.
