Accurate cutting is essential for small fin production in compact heat exchange systems. Our servo cutter is designed for precise and stable cutting performance. It is suitable for home air conditioner condensers and mini refrigerator condensers. The machine processes straight and louvered fins up to 300 mm in width, and is compatible with 0.1–0.3 mm aluminum and 0.1–0.25 mm copper materials. Cutting precision reaches ±0.05 mm, meeting strict dimensional requirements for small fin applications.
