Industrial heat exchanger systems require high output performance. Our Servo Tracking Cutter is designed to meet this requirement. It is suitable for large water chillers, marine radiators, and base station air conditioners. It cuts corrugated and offset-tooth fins within 500mm width. It processes 0.15–0.5mm aluminum and 0.12–0.35mm copper materials.
The main motor has a power of 5.5kW with vector control. The cutting speed is 20% faster than the 450 model, reaching up to 60 cuts per minute. The machine uses a heavy-duty frame, and vibration is controlled within 0.02mm during operation, ensuring long-term precision. Our team of 41 employees follows strict quality control standards. Efficient Line for Stable Operation
The production line is highly efficient. It is connected to a 500 fin forming machine and four unwinders. The continuous fins first pass through a preheating stress-relief unit. Then a servo feeder transports the material at 1–5 m/min.
We use a dual-station cutting design, allowing feeding and cutting to operate simultaneously. The cutting length ranges from 120–490mm. After cutting, anti-rust treatment is available as an option. A chain conveyor transports the finished parts to the next process. This Servo Tracking Cutter operates in a stable and continuous manner.
Smart Features for Easy Maintenance
This machine is equipped with intelligent functions, including material break detection. It automatically stops and issues an alarm when material runs out, reducing idle time.
The system also supports remote fault diagnosis, allowing users to monitor machine status via a mobile app. This helps reduce maintenance costs. The dies are made of Cr12MoV steel, ensuring long service life.
