95% Automation for Reduced Labor
The automation level of this production line reaches 95%. It works with a 450 fin forming machine and three unwinders. The continuous fins pass through a tension control unit, where tension is adjustable from 5–30N. They then enter the cutting unit.
We use a ball screw drive system with a grating ruler. Positioning accuracy reaches ±0.01mm. Cutting length ranges from 100–440mm. After cutting, a vision inspection system checks the dimensions. Smart Reports for Better Management
This system includes smart management functions. It generates production reports and tracks output and pass rate data. It can be connected to MES systems for modern production management.
