Medium-scale fin production requires both speed and stable precision. Our direct drive servo cutting machine is designed to meet these requirements. It is suitable for cabinet air conditioners and small chiller units. The machine processes corrugated and offset fin types within a maximum width of 350 mm. It is compatible with 0.1–0.35 mm aluminum and 0.08–0.25 mm stainless steel materials.
Compared with the 300 model, cutting efficiency is increased by 33%, reaching up to 40 cuts per minute. This makes it well suited for medium batch production. Supported by 32 patents and over ten years of R&D experience, the system balances high speed with cutting accuracy. With a monthly production capacity of 25 units and a standard delivery time of 45 days, it ensures stable supply capability.
Smooth Production Flow for Stable Output
The production line is designed for coordinated and continuous operation. It is integrated with a 350-type fin forming machine and dual unwinding systems. Formed fins pass through a straightening unit to correct flatness before cutting.
A servo feeding system controls material transport at 0.8–4 m/min. Dual servo motors drive the cutting system for fast and stable operation. Cutting lengths range from 80 to 345 mm. After cutting, an air-blow system removes burrs, and a rotary tray automatically stacks finished parts. This ensures smooth, continuous, and efficient production flow.
Smart Features for Reduced Waste and Higher Efficiency
The machine is equipped with intelligent monitoring functions to improve production reliability. A blade wear warning system monitors tool condition in real time, helping prevent unexpected downtime and reducing material waste.
A soundproof cover keeps operating noise below 65 dB, meeting standard workshop requirements. The system is fully integrated with the forming machine, allowing cutting parameters to be adjusted via a touchscreen interface. Changeover time is reduced to less than 20 minutes, improving production flexibility.
