The main motor has a power of 7.5kW and is equipped with an imported servo system. Cutting stability is improved by 30% compared to the 600 model. High-Strength Production Line for Demanding Output
The production line is designed for heavy-duty operation. It works with an 800 fin forming machine and more than ten unwinders. The continuous fins pass through a multi-stage tension control system, with a tension range of 10–50N, before entering the cutting unit.
We use a three-servo motor synchronized cutting system. A laser positioning system ensures accuracy up to ±0.003mm. Cutting length ranges from 200–790mm. After cutting, the system performs stress inspection and part marking. A vacuum suction system then stacks the finished parts automatically. Cutting speed reaches 55 cycles per minute. This Servo Shear Cutter is suitable for thick and special alloy materials.
Flexible Design for Custom Requirements
This machine offers strong adaptability and supports customized cutting programs. Cutting paths can be adjusted for special fin geometries.
The machine adopts a fully sealed structure to prevent dust and moisture contamination, making it suitable for high-cleanliness environments. The die structure supports quick changeover and is compatible with multiple fin types.
