This production line is highly automated. It works with three automatic unwinders and a servo cutter. The coil first passes through a tension control system, maintaining tension between 10–300 N, before entering the main unit.
A vision system monitors fin quality during forming. The cutter operates within a length range of 300–440 mm, and a robotic arm stacks the finished products automatically. This machine helps reduce labor costs and improve efficiency. It is manufactured in our 10,000 m² facility using precision equipment, with strict quality control at every stage.
Smart Features for Modern Management
This machine is equipped with intelligent features for modern production environments. An advanced warning system monitors temperature and pressure in real time. If abnormalities occur, the machine stops automatically, reducing waste and preventing damage.
It can also be integrated with MES systems for production data tracking. The die table moves vertically with a flatness controlled within 0.1 mm, ensuring consistent dimensions in large-scale production.
