98% Automation for Continuous Operation
This machine operates with up to 98% automation. It is equipped with four automatic unwinders, ensuring a continuous material supply. The coil first passes through an oil removal device, then a feeder with encoder control moves it into the forming section.
The upper die remains fixed, while the lower die adjusts dynamically. The servo system enables stepless pitch adjustment from 4–15 mm. After forming, a sensor checks the fin height, and a cutter completes the process. This machine is designed for smooth, all-day operation.
Safety and Speed Combined
The fin width range is 150–490 mm. Processing speed is 40% higher than that of the 350 model. Operator safety is a key priority. The machine is equipped with a removable guard and a safety light curtain, and complies with GB 5226.1 standards.
