Our Servo Guillotine Cutter is a high-precision guillotine cutting device purpose-built for small heat exchange equipment. Targeting fin processing scenarios for household air conditioners and mini refrigeration units, it addresses core industry pain points including low cutting precision for small-size fins, excessive burrs on cut surfaces, and poor compatibility of standalone units. The equipment is compatible with various conventional fin structures such as flat type and louver type, and supports common heat exchange base materials including 0.1–0.3 mm aluminum foil and 0.1–0.25 mm copper foil. It is a core supporting equipment for small heat exchanger manufacturers to realize standardized and mass production.

The formed continuous fins are fed into the cutting area via the conveyor roller table, and the tool holder driven by a servo motor completes fixed-length cutting. The subsequent processes including photoelectric counting, belt conveying and automatic material collection realize full-process unmanned operation, with a single-machine cutting efficiency of up to 30 cuts per minute.

The equipment adopts a pneumatic material pressing structure, which firmly fixes the fin base material during cutting to avoid dimensional deviation caused by displacement, with the core cutting accuracy controlled within ±0.05 mm. The whole machine occupies only 0.5 ㎡, adapting to the compact layout of small and medium-sized workshops. It is also equipped with an emergency stop button and safety light curtain, and its operation safety standard complies with GB 5226.1. The tool holder adopts a quick-release design, and the tool change and maintenance time is no more than 15 minutes.
