It is compatible with fins with more complex structures such as wave type and staggered tooth type, and supports various base materials such as aluminum foil and thin stainless steel. In terms of production line matching, the Servo Fixed-length Cutting Machine can work in linkage with a fin forming machine of the same specification and a two-roll automatic uncoiler. Continuous fins are first corrected for flatness by the straightening mechanism, then accurately conveyed to the cutting mechanism by the servo feeding unit. After cutting, fin burrs are automatically removed by the air blowing device, and finally sorted and stacked by the rotary collecting tray. The whole process greatly reduces manual intervention, with a single-machine cutting efficiency of up to 40 cuts per minute.

The equipment is equipped with a tool holder wear warning function, which can monitor the blade wear status in real time to avoid the risk of batch defective products in advance. The whole machine is designed with a sound insulation cover, and the operating noise is controlled within 65 dB, meeting the environmental protection and noise reduction requirements of modern workshops. The equipment supports linkage control with the front-end forming machine, and cutting parameters can be adjusted synchronously through the touch screen. The adjustment time for changing product specifications is no more than 20 minutes, flexibly responding to multi-variety order switching.

All export equipment is packed in fumigation-free export wooden cases, with high-density shock-proof cushioning materials inside. Key components such as servo motors, transmission guide rails and tool holders are specially fixed and protected to avoid component loosening or accuracy deviation caused by bumps and collisions during long-distance transportation.

We support FOB trade terms, and are responsible for delivering the goods to the designated port and completing customs clearance procedures. Domestic orders can be delivered to the factory, and the whole logistics track can be queried in real time to ensure that the equipment is delivered to the customer's production site safely and on time.
