In terms of production line collaboration, the Full Servo Drive Cutting Machine can form a fully automatic processing production line with a fin forming machine of the same specification and a three-roll automatic uncoiler. Continuous fins first have their tension accurately adjusted by a tension stabilization device, then enter the servo cutting main unit to complete cutting. The cutting process is fully controlled by the PLC system. After cutting, dimensional deviations are automatically screened by the visual inspection system, and qualified products are grabbed into turnover boxes by manipulators.
