Small-space cooling systems require low airflow resistance for efficient heat transfer. Our Flat Bed Die is designed specifically for these applications. It is compatible with 300 and 350 fin forming machines and works with 0.1–0.35 mm aluminum and 0.1–0.25 mm copper.

The flat surface structure reduces airflow resistance, making it suitable for small refrigeration units and compact cooling systems.

 

The die is manufactured using high-quality materials. The upper die is made of Cr12MoV steel with a hardness of HRC58–62. The lower die is equipped with a wear-resistant plate to ensure long service life.

Simple Line for Easy Operation

The production line is simple, stable, and efficient. The die is installed at the stamping station of the fin forming machine. The coil is fed from the unwinder into the forming area.

 

The system operates with a stamping force of 150–200 kN and completes fin forming in a single step. Fin thickness is determined by the material thickness. A servo cutter is used to cut fins to the required length. Fin width ranges from 30–345 mm.

 

The structure is flat without pitch design, making it suitable for straightforward production requirements. This Flat Bed Die supports efficient and easy operation.
