Strong Turbulence for Medium-High Load Applications

Medium-high load applications require enhanced turbulence for efficient heat transfer. Our Staggered-tooth Die is designed for these conditions. It is compatible with 450 and 500 fin forming machines and works with 0.12–0.4 mm aluminum and 0.1–0.3 mm copper.

 

The staggered-tooth structure disrupts airflow and significantly improves heat exchange efficiency. It is widely used in commercial central air conditioning systems and generator radiators.

 

Our design reflects strong R&D capability, supported by 32 patents. The staggered-tooth structure is one of our key technological achievements. The upper and lower dies feature an offset design for stable forming performance.

 

The upper die tooth pitch is adjustable from 8–15 mm, while the lower die is designed with matching grooves. Tooth height is adjustable from 2–8 mm. Tool re-sharpening interval reaches up to 200,000 strokes, with a total die life of 450,000 strokes. Our R&D team has more than ten years of experience in turbulence-based heat exchange design. This Staggered-tooth Die provides strong turbulence performance.

 

Stable Line for Reliable Operation

The production line operates with stable and controlled performance. The coil passes through a tension control system with a range of 20–300 N before entering the forming section.

 

The die operates at a speed of 120–180 strokes per minute. A fin height inspection system verifies formed fins in real time, with a precision of ±0.03 mm. A cutting system trims fins to the required length. Fin width ranges from 50–490 mm, allowing compatibility with multiple product specifications. This Staggered-tooth Die ensures stable and reliable production.

Easy Maintenance for Lower Cost

This die is designed with a focus on maintenance efficiency and cost reduction. The staggered-tooth structure improves heat exchange performance by up to 25%, making it suitable for medium-to-high load applications.

 

Tooth pitch and tooth height can be adjusted to meet different heat transfer requirements, providing strong application flexibility. The die adopts a split-core design, allowing only the worn core section to be replaced in case of damage, reducing maintenance costs by up to 50%.

 

A temperature monitoring system is integrated to prevent thermal damage during operation. The fin pass rate reaches 99.2%. We support OEM and ODM customization services, with a minimum order of one set. Sample production takes approximately two weeks, and all products undergo full inspection before shipment.
