After continuous fins are stably conveyed by the tension adjustment device, the servo system drives to complete fixed-length cutting. After cutting, it is equipped with automatic counting and collecting devices, operating fully automatically throughout the process, with a single-machine cutting efficiency of up to 45 cuts per minute.

The equipment is equipped with an independently developed PLC control system, with a simple and intuitive operation interface and convenient parameter adjustment. It is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which effectively reduces daily maintenance workload. The whole machine adopts an integrated rigid frame design, with excellent stability during long-term continuous operation, and the cutting accuracy is stably controlled within ±0.04 mm.
